The ** of the Hong Kong SpecialAdministrative Region announced the establishment of the Telecommunications(Registration of Subscriber Identity Cards) Regulations on 01 June 2021 whichrequire "specified licensees to ensure that their subscriber identitycards are not registered unless they are already registered “shall not be inforce” and this regulation will be implemented in March 2022.

The service of HK number, within eSender, will strictly implement the regulations of real-name registration accordingly.
于2022年3月29日00:00:00（北京时间） 起，购买登记易博通eSender 中国香港手机号的用户和携号转入的用户，在中国香港地区使用须进行实名登记，未实名登记的用户将无法在香港提供通信服务，直至完成实名登记！
Users who purchase and register Hong Kong numbers and who port their numbers, in Hong Kong Region, within eSender must conduct real-name registration, starting from 00:00:00 (Beijing time) on 29 March 2022. Otherwise it will not be able to provide communication services in Hong Kong Region until the real-name registration is completed!
